Levo Alimentos Employees are required to adhere to the following standards of conduct, without prejudice to those established in the Consolidation of Labor Laws, principles, internal rules and legislation:

• Fulfill the commitments expressly assumed in the contract, individual and collective work agreement with zeal,

commitment, attention and professional competence;

• Pay attention to compliance with the Code of Ethics and Conduct, in addition to the company regulations, safety standards, acts, communications, procedures and other instructions approved by Levo Alimentos;

• Collaborate in maintaining maximum discipline on site;

• Inform your immediate managers about any and all types of irregularities that are found, including in procedures and documents, as well as collaborate with the investigation of alleged misconduct and crimes;

• Observe good manners regarding your posture at work.
